Hydrophilic soft elastic dressing with a unique 3D foam design, protects the skin from damage caused by moisture, friction and shear force. It is best used for fragile skin wounds, with no catalysts or additives, low skin irritation or toxic side effects. It has excellent absorption of high exudative wounds and creates the best moist wound healing environment.
